FAQ: Whimsy Club Membership


1. What is Whimsy Club?
Whimsy Club is a monthly subscription created for small businesses that produce children’s products. As a member, you’ll get exclusive access to handpicked graphics, including patterns and cliparts, every month at an affordable price.

2. What do I get as a member?
Each month, you’ll receive:

  • 6 new non-exclusive patterns with 8–10 color variations.
  • 10+ PNG cliparts featuring diverse, kid-friendly themes.
  • A 20% discount on exclusive patterns available through our Instagram shop.
  • All designs are ready for commercial use!

3. How does the subscription work?
Once you subscribe, you’ll be charged automatically each month. After each payment, you’ll receive an email with a link to download the current month’s designs. It’s simple and hassle-free!

 

4. When is the new drop released?

A new drop is released by the 5th of each month. Download links for the new drop are sent via email to all active Whimsy Club members by the 5th of every month. 😊

5. Can I access designs from past months?
Membership provides access only to the current and future designs during your subscription period. However, active members have the option to purchase previous drops. This feature is exclusively available to Whimsy Club members.

6. Can I cancel my subscription?
Yes, you can cancel your subscription at any time through your account on the website. If you need assistance, feel free to email us at whimsypatterns@gmail.com. Once canceled, you’ll retain access to the designs from the months you’ve paid for, but you won’t receive future drops.

7. Are the designs exclusive to Whimsy Club members?
The patterns in Whimsy Club are created specifically for members, but they aren’t fully exclusive. Non-members can purchase patterns from the drops in white backgrounds only, at standard prices. All color variations and bonuses are exclusive to members. Cliparts will also be available for non-members in the shop at standard prices.

8. How do I use the 20% discount on exclusive patterns?
To use your member discount, visit our Instagram shop, choose the exclusive design you want, and message us with your subscription email, letting us know you’re a Whimsy Club member. We’ll apply the discount to your invoice.

9. What file formats are included?

  • Patterns: JPEG format (300dpi, RGB) with 8–10 color variations.
  • Cliparts: PNG format, 300dpi, with a transparent background.

10. How do I preview upcoming designs?
At the end of each month, all active members will receive a sneak peek of the next month’s designs.

11. How do I sign up?
